Perfectly situated for exploring the best of New Orleans

This hotel is super close to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street, making it easy to stroll around and soak in the lively atmosphere, with major attractions like Cafe du Monde and Jackson Square just a short walk away which was a highlight for me, plus the staff here were really friendly and helpful, especially Edgar at breakfast, while having a mini fridge and microwave made my stay more convenient but the cramped room could use some extra space.

Location - WONDERFUL, close enough to Close to the French market areas, public transport and Frenchmen Street, Bourbon Street, Decatur Street, Riverwalk, Canal Street, and Cemetery # 1, Louis Armstrong park. Huge and big unit with safe and king bed.

Had very comfortable stay on my vacation. I took a standard room and it had central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television. I loved wake-up service available.

The breakfast they served was poor, hope one day it will be better.

The hotel is luxurious and comfortable. the breakfast offerings, including cereals and eggs, are healthy. the location is central, with convenient access to a variety of popular spots like the business district, French Quarter, post office, stores, cafés.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, nice to have cereals and eggs. The units are impressive, spotless;))

Reasonably priced venue with incredibly friendly and exceptional staff, offering well-equipped rooms with complimentary WiFi, fridge, and a nice shower, as well as a wide array of breakfast options.

The hotel was extremely convenient and located near all the main attractions. We had a great time during our 2-night stay.

The breakfast had variety of eggs and cereals. Location: the hotel was just off the fitness center.

The rooms here are pretty great, with a nice tub for soaking and free WiFi to stay connected. 🛁 Plus, the location is awesome, just a quick walk from a cool historic park nearby.

The central location and access to the convention center is good for my visit.

There is need for more attandants at the reception dest during the peak check out time. Many people / customers tend to wait till few minutes to beat your checkout time.

Location was the best part because I could walk to the convention center. 2nd was friendly and helpful service (letting me print my flight boarding pass in the office and giving me good walking directions). Then the continental breakfast was good and helpful, with fruit and packets of cereal ( I took one to my room for the 4:40AM departure breakfast) and the coffeemaker in my room, (I need that first cup before I face the world and breakfast) and finally the reasonable cost. thanks for everything.

On Friday night a noisy party of young people was in the room next door, and the coffee maker is slightly disfunctional, but I made it work.

Great spot close to Haunted Houses, making it easy to explore. the room was spacious with a cozy bed, and the internet connection was excellent. 💻

size of room Room was a smoking room, which I would prefer non smoking but on last notice this is all u had. The room did not smell of cigarette smoke, was cleaned well.

air conditioner did not cool well at all. beds could be more comfy.

It all was terrible. It is an awful nasty hotel. The staff is rude and the beds have dark stains on them. It was close to the French Quarter though

The hotel offers fresh cereals and eggs for breakfast. The venue is set in a central location just off the French Quarter and the main tourist attractions.
